Orders are shipped Monday – Friday only. Most orders are shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or address information, your order processing may be delayed. PLEASE CONFIRM your address before submitting your order.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator, or UPS, you will see shipping options at time of check out.
Please visit carrier websites for up to date policies and delivery times. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to inclement weather or other delays.
Damaged and Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing pictures to email@example.com, so that we may start a claim process.
If your package does not arrive by the scheduled date please visit the carrier website to submit a ticket to have them investigate. If they determine your package has been lost, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a new product will be shipped out to you.
International Shipping (Including US):
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Original Mods Design is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. By law, Original Mods Design must declare all items at their full price.
If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the event that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
